- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in boiler repair or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so — we do train.

Boiler Service Technician
Inspect, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential boiler systems while communicating findings clearly to customers.
Qualifications
- Experience working with residential heating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfort communicating directly with homeowners
- Commitment to safe, careful work practices
Boiler Installation Technician
Help plan and complete boiler installations and replacements, including system connections, equipment setup, and final operating checks.
Qualifications
- Experience with heating-system installation
- Ability to read and follow technical installation information
- Careful approach to equipment and property
- Good communication and teamwork
Apprentice Heating Technician
Support experienced technicians on boiler service, repair, installation, and replacement work while developing practical heating-system skills.
Qualifications
- Interest in building a career in the heating trade
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and work habits
- Respect for customers and their properties
